Private Event Booking

Book the gym for a private climbing event — perfect for birthdays, team outings, and celebrations. Each reservation includes exclusive use of the facility for a 3-hour block.

Price: $300 + tax for up to 20 climbers. Additional climbers are $13 per person.

All rental gear is included, though size availability may be limited.

Important Notes:

  • Events must be booked at least one week in advance

  • All attendees (climbers and spectators) must have a waiver on file

  • Anyone planning to climb must watch our orientation video before the event

  • One adult is required for every five participants under 18

  • Outside food, drinks, and decorations are welcome

  • No alcohol is allowed

  • A staff member will be present during the event to assist and enforce gym rules

Booking Instructions:

In the "Comment" field, please indicate the estimated total number of adults (18+) and children (under 18) in your group.
Example: 5 adults, 2 children


Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund or rescheduled if notice is given at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will receive a partial refund of $250.
